Device guide / Australia

Find your screen. Get set up.

Start with the device you already own. Confirm the model and player, then follow the guide that matches your setup.

Match the player to the device.

Drogon TV account details are used with a compatible player. The player, its app-store availability and its settings depend on your device. A television brand alone is not enough to identify the right instructions: record its model number and operating system before you start.

Android TV and Google TV devices differ from Samsung Tizen and LG webOS televisions. Similarly, an app available on an iPhone is not necessarily available for Apple TV. Use the guide for the operating system you actually have, and ask support to confirm the current app for the Australian store.

What about a Windows PC or Mac?

The existing Drogon TV setup guide includes computer instructions. Check the supported desktop player and its current download source before installing. Use the credentials supplied for your subscription, rather than assuming that the customer portal password is also your streaming password.

Open the existing computer setup guide. If the recommended app has changed, ask support for the current Windows or macOS instructions.

Check these details before buying hardware.

  • Exact model: device names can cover multiple generations with different software.
  • App availability: search the Australian store on the device itself.
  • Account format: confirm whether the player accepts the server, username and password or playlist details provided.
  • Player fees: a third-party player licence may be separate from a content subscription.
  • Playback requirements: source quality, app support, internet performance and the display all affect the result.

For an older television with limited apps, ask support about a compatible HDMI streaming device. Confirm compatibility before making another purchase.
